When entering the password, it loads the same password screen again, almost like the password isn't being accepted - does not produce any errors on refresh. Tried on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Never had this issue with previous links.

The last time I saw this issue it was an adblocker scenario, though it's strange if you're seeing it across browsers. Try chrome's incognito mode (without extensions).

i tried downloading it but when it finished it just said "Failed - forbidden"

For me it briefly displays a popup that says "There was a problem completing this request." Happens with both Firefox and Chrome in incognito mode, adblock disabled. All previous links worked fine.
