Still no ability to talk to Taelah? That is the only thing I’m dissatisfied with. Why is shayma still his only conversation partner? I don’t count Ansae as she is a power but really now? Blue can’t talk directly to his wife? It feels jarring that he can’t inform his wife directly and Shayma just appears especially after such a well written lovers scene.

Well, Shayma only got to hear him after welding her soul onto his, so a mostly for-the-feel-of-it wedding doesn't really compare. I'm fairly sure that it will become available in time though. It'll probably depend on her companion rank.
