####### EPISODE SPOILER REVIEW BELOW! APPARENTLY SOME OF YOU ARE WATCHING FOR THE FIRST TIME ALONG SIDE ME, SO PLEASE DON'T READ BEYOND THIS POINT UNTIL YOU HAVE SEEN THE EPISODE YOURSELF! ######

------

LOVED the building between Gunn and Cordie in this one! This was a really good set up to see how Cordelia would react if Angel and Wes aren't available, and she did NOT disappoint!

I marked out over Wesley being called C3-PO! XD

This was a great reminder of Gunn in his first episode, where he has the world on his shoulders. Since then he has 'kinda' been more of a funny character, so it was important to remind the audience the pressure he puts on himself (and others).

I personally loved the Motorcycle helmet! XD

Season 3 is off to a great start! I am sure 100% sure what to make of the 'dreams' Angel is having, I am sure we will learn more soon!

Hope you guys are having a great week!

As always, if you click the video just after this post, you may need to  download it first.  This should be fixed in a couple of hours!

Speaking of The Shining, you should watch the sequel Doctor Sleep, if you haven’t seen it. It’s good. I think Cordelia still would have gone to help Gunn prior to her psychic trauma, she would have been a bit more reluctant but it wouldn’t have stopped her, she helped people in trouble and fought Vampires during Buffy and S1 of Angel, it definitely wasn’t out of the question.

Angel was not at the club in the opening scene. So no, he didn't sing. But yes, Darla was really in the hotel room in the very last scene. Everything else was dreams. The white shorts weren't supposed to be seen. That was a widescreen error as this was originally 4:3 format on TV back then.

If you want another spooky hotel room movie, I recommend 1408, with John Cusack. That was also based on a Steven King story.
