After almost two months (and coming scary close to death) I was released from hospital yesterday. I still have months of recovery ahead, however. I have good days and bad days, and the mountain of drugs I take every day knocks me around. I'm not back to writing yet, and I'll likely start slow. It will still be some time before chapter release resume.

I'm glad you didn't "shit your guts out and die." That said, I wish you the best recovery possible, and I hope nothing ends up permanent or chronic. While I can't wait for book 13, please take your time and recover well before pushing on in writing it. I just reinstated my subscription as I now have time to read ahead here. I'll leave it on from now until at least you finishing book 13.

I hope you feel better! Soon! And totally not because I am dying to read the next chapter.... ;-) Kidding aside, got that way back in 2022 myself, and it's a long slog coming back. But life's worth it, so take your time and do it right.
