With the disappearance of the caped crusader, a few of his Rogue's Gallery have started seizing the opportunity to wreak some unfiltered, unabashed havoc on Gotham. Jervis Tetch, the Lewis Carroll obsessed Mad Hatter, finally found himself liberated from Arkham and back to his malicious mind controlling ways. And what good is recreating his favorite story, without the perfect girl to play the role of his leading lady? A particularly naughty brat had caught Jervis's eye, one that could do with a bit of mental... reconditioning. In fact, he was certain he could do more for that poor wayward girl than years at an all-girls repository could, all with a playful card trick.
