Diana hazily stares at the dark stranger. He spoke with a young woman, both smiling but the conversation was too low for the once super heroine to make out. Her feet ached, a newer sensation as her heels didn't used to be so high... or had they? They certainly didn't hurt like this... 

"My apologies, Lord Hades," the woman smiled with a playful shrug, "the gifts of Athena just won't come off by my power or any other mortal... I'm not sure how much of my enchantment she's able to resist, so perhaps it'd be best if you chose a different-" but she was cut off by the Pale Man's hand.

"Have no fear, my dear, I have plans for Hippolyta's daughter, and I am certain my sister's little trifles will soon find their way to my vaults... while my prize remains in my bedchambers..."
