I have it just shows recent posts, quicklink to discord, and gifted membership. I don't think with this new system Pateron started you can do anything until the gift sub runs out.

Just extend. Even after extending it doesn't change the page. At the moment I tried cancelling and it is still offering extend only.

I think maybe gifted memberships can't be upgraded unfortunately cause I don't see the usual upgrade button/options I see on other pages

I can’t upgrade too. It only shows extend or cancel membership
