The October Pledge Pin is Mace & Whip:

Every October Pledge Pin backer will get Mace and Whip as their Oct. Pledge Pin.

The Halloween pin for the Fanart Contest is Anise:

The Anise Halloween Pin can be won by Fanart contestants, and is also for sale in the Dreamkeepers site store, but it is not part of the Pledge Pin rewards.
