I can guarantee you that the hardwood floor is jacked near the sink and dishwasher. That's why it was covered up, because of water damage.

05:55 I know I am late watching this but had to comment, first house I purchased had horrible carpet covering the beautiful hard wood floors... I ripped that $hit up and refinished the hardwood and never looked back. My "new built" home has cheap linoleum without the hard wood underneath... I will be replacing that crap with nice tile floors in a couple years.
