To answer a couple of Andrew's questions... when we see the POV through the wolf, Andrew asked if that was the wolf that had been sent away. All of the Stark children (including Jon) had a direwolf. It was Arya's wolf, Nymeria, who was sent away for biting Joffrey, but King Robert ordered Ned to kill Sansa's wolf, Lady. The wolf POV could've been one of the other remaining wolves, which are: Ghost - Jon's Grey Wind - Robb's Summer - Bran's Shaggydog - Rickon's Regarding the opening map, it will change based on the storyline and where the characters are. Dragonstone belongs to the Targaryens, but since Dany is on another Continent, Stannis is on Dragonstone and we saw Pyke on the map because Theon went home on Rbb's behalf. If you want to know who will be on a certain episode, watch for the actor's name during the opening. If you don't see Kit Harington or Emilia Clarke, you will know that Jon Snow or Dany won't be on that episode.
