I'm glad to see Viv settling in so well and establishing a bit of normalcy. I also appreciate that the relationship between her and Varska exists, but that you aren't focusing too heavily on it.

A plant that kills you through chemicals when you touch it is venomous, not poisonous.

is that really right? folks get so anal about misuse of poisonous/venomous (pretty simple, rly), but a plant? that has no actual venom, doesn't bite you, etc...source?

"the term venomous is applied to organisms that bite (or sting) to inject their toxins, whereas the term poisonous applies to organisms that unload toxins when you eat them." -Google. So I guess either could be correct depending on how it kills.
