Hi there!

As promised, here is the download link for TEST build 2.40 of Peasants Quest. She is still in a very rough state, with several missing images. So expect lots of black screen cutscenes. This is meant for those who would like to help me find bugs and give feedback on changes. If you want a polished experience, wait for the official release!

This build is also only for Windows users. I'd rather not spend time porting a build I know is flawed. I hope you understand.

I also haven't had the time to compress the images, which means she is a pretty fat download. This is likely also the cause for me not being able to package her like I normally do, so the file structure is a bit different. Start the the game with the "game.exe" file.

There should be a walk-thru file for 2.40 in the walkthrough folder.

A quick summary of the new features:

- New temple initiation scene, you can now do it Grug-free if you wish.

- Added the option to perform mass at the temple of Qetesh

- Alice can give Birth (capped on 6 children)

- Priestesses can become pregnant

- Familiar now evolves upon reaching level 10. Triggering more story and sex scenes (3) for her. She can give birth to an unlimited amount of children.


Again, please remember this is a work in progress, complete game breaking bugs may occur, so backup your saves!

Why you send a loose file version ? fat download isn't a problem just curious on if it have inpact on game stability while testing.

Not sure if this was intentional or a bug: after acquiring the clothing for the familiar and her form changes permanently, her level reset from 10 back to 1. Not a huge issue, but I think the breast size change text should be modified. Even if she has Large chest already, the prompt asks whether you want to increase the breast size. Perhaps it should be rewritten simply to "Do you wish to change her breast size?" and that would apply to both the small and large version. Also a question: in Shakala's camp I've found a human character that I've never seen before and when talking to him he says something about resetting the first hunt, and there's a numerical value, in my case =6. What does this do? Lastly, I don't know if this is a recurring problem, but the animations can freeze after 1-2 frames. Out of fear that the game freezes again I always save before scenes that contain animations...

Every time I enter to Every's Castel the event with the spiders is triggered... I had completed that quest... also, when I'm going to leave the Castel the spider event is triggered again, and again, and sometimes the game is frozen... so I can not leave the Castel and, of course, I can not continue with the Familiar Quest...

Bat cave or the dungeon inside the bat cave can't say plenty of exp but is still something, even marshland is good for gators

If you try to mate with the bat breeder it restart the "Man cave" quest

I keep freezing after talking with Erevi

I spent most my time leveling my familiar so i'm not too far into it yet but two things I've come across is a couple times sex scenes with the familiar have caused the game to freeze, although this didn't happen a lot, maybe twice in a 3 and a half hour game time. Second is when you go to discipline alice after a botched chore it no longer triggers a sex scene, not sure if thats indented or not but figured I'd mention it.

at the temple when you discipline Alice, she just pops up from where she had her incident and starts walking around again, you cant initiate the scene to discipline her, this is just after she has had her first baby

due the game has no Punishment scene (yet) for the non pregnant version of Alice. so it skips that

Those scenes are only available when Alice is pregnant. But you can still increase her obedience even though there is no scene.

If I had sex with any female with animation file I would freeze after talking with Erevi. If no animation file where played I made it thru ok.

How's the "normal" 2.40 version coming along? Or still very busy with testing and sorting out bugs? Loving the game so far! Really looking forward for all things to come. Beth, the vampires, the elf at the well (sorry, forgot her name). Etc etc. Great work and hope you keep it up

My Familiar was already over level 10 (a lotta grinding), and the transformation doesn't seem to be happening. Any way to reset the familiar?
