I was thinking about a stationary wizard today. 1 hour of daily spell preparations, which I would equate to doom scrolling. Because you have multiple spells per spell level, some of them are for causing damage, some for utility and some like summoning a demon require material components. All of which you have 1 opportunity to select. Checking the various sentry posts and traps. Feeding and daily training on familiars. Equipping/ wrangling magical items. Tend to any ongoing enchantments and experiments. I suspect relaxation time would be needed on a regular bases.
