Watching frieren with PD , now i strangly want to watch Violet Evergarden with him . That was one hell of an anime. I love it sooo sooo much. Enjiyed both the series and the Movies while smiling and shedding tears . It moved me . I did not start watching it expecting that type of story line at all. It will always remain as one of my all time favourite anime series + the movies. The last movie tortured me toeards the end so bad. If you watched it you know what i am talking about. 🥹

Frieren has got to be the most beautiful but also kind of “laid-back” magic anime I have ever seen. It’s so peaceful and beautiful. It’s very refreshing for this genre type.

I find Frieren's clumsiness to be very adorable XD. This anime is a nice end-of-the-day watch. In many ways it reminds me of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The calm/serene vibe, the music, even the animation to some extent.

This show reminds me of Natsume Yuujinchou-- vibe-wise. Slice of life kinda animes are such gems.
