I love that its not the sunset is beautiful but the smile of your companion is beautiful and it worth all the time. Also im guessing Fieren mbti is the same as mine INTP, we think alike alot.

Since most of thr character and place names are in german i'm here to provide the translations since I think it's really interesting to know: - Ende which is the place where the Demon King's Castle is literally means End - Frieren hating the cold is funny bc her name literally means to freeze/be cold - Fern means far - Eisen means iron - Heiter means cheerful - Himmel means sky - Flamme means flame

Your observation that Frieren is not a reliable narrator towards herself is spot on! And you’ll see more examples of this in the future. She says it was only a mere 10 year journey, that short-lived relationships are not worth it, but those 10 years were the best memories she ever had and she greatly valued her time with them more than she even realized. She loved them in her own way, even if she didn’t know it. You’ll find that her relationships with others is not always what she says. She says that she wanted to clean the beach for herself, but really, she did it because of Himmel. Because she wanted to see what Himmel believed in. And in the end, Himmel really did know her, knew her even better than herself.
