Hey Alastair, Big air hug!

I once visited Woody's Bar in Toronto and it turned out to be "best ass" contest night. They had 5 contestants on stage turn around and drop their pants so that the audience could vote on them. In addition, they had softcore porn on all the screens throughout the bar. Definitely a fun vibe!

Sociopaths don't cry at Fellow Teavelers or Wandavision or anything. You are deployed, with a tough job, away from your husband & family, of course you are going to shutdown. Just think of your future outside the Army, hopefully living in the greatest city in the world, New York. You have a bright future ahead of you, cheer up.

Thanks Alastair, this was great. I don't know why but your colourful past came as a surprise.

Hi Alastair sorry I'm only getting to watch this now. It's been a super busy 6weeks for me with Granny turning 103 and half the staff sick so I'm filling in doing her care full time. Just watching this on the cell phone at the farm... no wifi or internet here ;-)

Not sure about your diagnosis - I'm not familiar with what you mentioned (and not an expert) but you should consider you may be HSP - a highly sensitive person- who has a survival mechanism, going emotionally numb, that kicks in reliably after an event. I have lots of personality traits (including HSP) that make me feel a bit neurodivergent. There is comfort in having a diagnosis but sometimes things are not an illness so much as a personality trait. Lots of love to you anyways

Alastair is a national treasure
