Too many changed fates in this story. Personally, because this is fantasy world that it will be very hard to change, you cannot ask the top powers to share their strength with others. You cannot even meet them if you are not powerful enough. Laskys dream is very noble in nature but you cannot do it alone or using words to negotiate with others.
