Assuming a current weight of 224 lbs (which I think is a lowball estimate), you are most definitely consuming more or less double the amount of calories one would normally just to maintain weight… further, if you are eating more than 2000+ calories daily over, that’s… like 4 pounds a week or 17 lbs in a month!! If you can find a way to keep your eating habits as they are, then you’re gonna be 300+ pounds sooner than expected… I still say if goal weights are a thing and given your starting weight was 105, 315 lbs seems like a nice round number to reach, emphasis on round!!
