If you’re happy and healthy, then I continue to look forward to seeing you bigger, heftier and heavier than ever before… “Predictable” Future Gains: By consuming an extra 3,500-4,000 calories daily, Candii could theoretically gain about a pound of body fat per day, or 6-7 pounds per week… but how realistic would that be, especially taking into consideration activity level and her metabolism burning calories… At the end of the day, continuous calories have lead to the 130 lbs of fabulous fat added to Candii’s once 105 pound frame. So, math and science be damned, “never tell me the odds,” but Candii continues to grow and expand with every passing year and that’s what matters most in this moment… I for one am excited to see what’s to come and grateful for Candii’s willingness to share her journey with us!!!
