He has a point about hitting bigger targets, since one big score can last weeks to months and they have more defined and predictable security that can be planned for and countered - unlike the random "innocents" whom can easily be retired, high level adventurers who casually fireballs your ass into a pile of slag and charred bones or stabs you with a shiv that turns your blood into urine.
