Proof of Life #109: Let's Raise our Glasses to yet Another Year! (Patreon)

Heya guys and gals, N_Taii here with another post, the first of 2022! Happy new year to everyone! 

About HC2's development

Working on it. It's about all I can say really^^

I had originally planned 3 more scenes, one for each already existing ending, but I forgot about the extra scene I had promised as well, which will give me slightly more work.

For now, I have done all 3 scenes, and have almost finished developing 1 out of 3 small story additions I'm planning for each ending. They're mostly flashbacks though.

So, to summarize, because this must be slightly confusing to some: the True Ending is entirely finished and tested. As for the rest, I have so far added a skip button for the intro and the prologue (Noah's childhood section). What's more, I changed the tutorial around to make it better, added 2 small ending sequences for the Happy and NTR ending, 3 new scenes, 1 each for NTR/Revenge/Happy ending, and finally 1 story addition for the Happy ending (almost finished).

What's left: adding 2 more short story segments and the extra scene, and testing everything. After that, I will release the update.

I apologise if what I wrote sounds repetitive to some, as I have already posted similar information in earlier PoLs, but I just want to keep everyone up to date with what I'm doing and the current state of the update : )

About HC3's development

The artists are making progress, as you can see in the picture accompanying this PoL. For now, the princess has had 10 new portraits variations done, and will probably get some more in the future. New outfits and haircuts are also being made for the NPCs, but you probably already knew that^^
I'm contemplating hiring yet another artist to work on HC3 when I realize that I still need a lot of new pixel art stuff for what I want to do. Nothing urgent, but having them sooner would make my work easier. Just a thought for the moment.
