I had someone make this for me, but it's still a WIP, although 99% finished already. It's too late to change the core concept of the trailer, but let me know what you think! : )

(Wanted to make it public, but since there's adult content in it, it would be against Patreon rules)

imo, its a pretty good trailer. One little criticism, i would emphasize a lil more that the game is heavy on NTR. But i mean, its kinda lf in the name also so its not that big of a deal. I do like how the trailer show the “affair” partner (if you can call it that) for each of the main girls. But it also shows that you can find nsfw content across the map, not just the 3 main girls which is a huge plus

As a fellow game making person, I think this is actually not a very effective trailer to sell a game. I'll DM you specifics. As a general trailer just to look cool though it's nice.

It's difficult to look at the trailer through the eyes of a person who knows nothing about the game, especially as someone who's been following it week by week for the last 1 and a half years, so i don't really know what is something i would appreciate being mentioned in the trailer if i was completely new to the series, but i guess one thing is that seeing a bunch of soliders throughout the whole video and even seeing that scene with the spider corpse could easily make me believe that there is combat in the game, which there's obviously not, so a mention of that could be useful. I guess you could add the list to the Steam page that you posted on F95 back when the thread was made as well, the No Grind/No Combat/No Fetch Quests thingie. As for the the video itself, it looked great, still not gonna buy the game on Steam cause i don't wanna have that conversation with my friends where i'm trying to explain why i have 60 hours in a game like this, but i wish be best of luck to you with it, hopefully other people don't have friends on Steam. xd

If you go to your Steam library and right-click a game, you can mark it as private in the privacy section of preferences which hides your ownership, in-game status, playtime, and activity from your friends; so everything related to the game is hidden from people. When N_taii launches on Steam it might be worth mentioning that to people since they might consider buying it with that knowledge.

Another thing is the Title, i've been meaning to ask this for quite some time now but it's not that important so i never really bothered actually sitting down and asking it. Have you ever thought about remaking the Title ? It's been the same ever since HC1, and while it looked great on the cover of the first 2 games, it looks a bit dated on the cover of HC3, especially since the chapter title "The Peacekeepers" has a different, much more modern font to it, it makes the Series title look a bit out of place, and i think you should change the color as well, the red for the NTR in Henteria is okay, but i'd definitely change the blue to something darker.

I liked the trailer proposal, maybe improve some things but they are already minimal. I do see it as a possible presentation video for Steam, I don't know when you plan to release a version for steam, I imagine when you consider that the game has enough content because the steam community is usually somewhat critical about the price/content ratio of the game.

Above any other complaint I'd say you need to rework it so it focuses on the corruption aspects a little more. It isn't immediately obvious that this is an NTR game based on the trailer. Might also be a good idea to focus on the individual characters if you're going to make further trailers as HC3 is a game that lives and dies on its characters. The most important thing about the trailer, though, is that you ensure people buying it on Steam or whatever service this trailer is for are aware that there is no combat. That this is a purely narrative driven experience.

Yep, the no combat is going to be added in the description. Honestly, it's fine if you don't buy it, but try adding it to your wishlist if you can, it greatly influences the way Steam algorithm works : )

Eh, the title has become kind of a brand at this point, and it also helps convey the idea of a pixel art game as soon as you see it. I could consider improving it, but it's not high on the to-do list at this point honestly

Considering the game is way over 10 hours at this point, I don't think the amount of content is going to bother anyone even if it's in early access. I still need to prepare a few things though, and let it sit as an upcoming game on Steam for a little while to let it gather wishlists and recognition, otherwise the launch is definitely going to flop. I don't have high expectations in the first place, and I am blessed enough that Patreon income is enough for me to live on, so whether it is popular or not on Steam isn't all that important^^

For the 2nd trailer I was thinking about having something much more simple, probably a screen introducing a character with 2-3 lines of texts, then alternating normal interactions with Leto and sex scenes for a few seconds to underline its NTR/corruption aspects, and do that for all 4 characters.

The corruption/NTR is the largest singular focus in the HC games. I think you're doing the game a disservice by not including it in what appears to be an overview of the game that potential purchasers or patreon supporters would rely on to discern if they want to play the game. I don't even think you'd have to change all that much in this trailer. Just maybe change the bit about spicy scenes to introduce the viewer to the inclusion of NTR.

I wasn't actually thinking about changing anything, simply do another trailer and have two of them instead of just one. Those trailers are mostly for Steam, which seem to allow several videos on their store page

Really Glad to see how far you've gone now. You should be proud. I love your games and supported you for more than a year now but I will need to stop my subscription as money is getting tighter. If there is a steam release, I will buy it on steam. thank you for your work I hope you continue to make more fantastic H-games
