Eri has been unconscious for nearly one minute, and Yuri doesn't even take a breath first.

At this point Yuri needs to at least get a breath of air for herself if she wants to save the both of them. Get a breath of air, try to give Eri air with mouth to mouth, if that doesn’t work then literally the only chance is for Yuri to break free or Eri to inhale water and wake up before all of the air in the tank is depleted

In the last panel, Yuri looked crying, but we can't see her tears underwater.
