In the Saver's setting data Saki's breath holding level is 8 stars but Yugao's breath holding level is 11 stars! Looks Yugao can get over -200m, expecting the adventure story when Yugao youth. They are all the Sea Shrine Maidens. what the average level of a qualified Sea Shrine Maiden?(The rank marked by stars ,one two three on their cloth, the three stars is the rank of grand priestess) And I am intersting in Saki's mother more and more.

An interesting picture conceptually - we can see the more unique and peculiar bits of Saki's personality (the intense interest in freediving, the hashtag "Papa I'll Find U"), yet her asking (presumably) a social media audience about lifestyle choices of hers lends a bit of normalcy to the moment. Neat! :)

Hmm... We can assume Saki already has iron willpower and is more or less impervious to pain in order to go on torturing herself with this punishing training schedule. If she wants to get down to 200 metres, she'll need to follow Aya (which she won't be happy about) and build up muscle mass - not just to swim those 400 metres faster and more efficiently, but also because myoglobin in muscles stores oxygen. It will be even colder and darker and nitrogen narcosis will be a problem. Lung squeeze is going to get even worse and maybe she'll have to follow another of Aya's tricks and inhale water... Interesting times.

It has just occurred to me that when Aya called Saki a "lung power monster", Saki may well have taken it as a compliment!
