Finally we get to see the other girls :D But looks like Eri didn’t decide to swim after Chihaya and instead is swimming straight to the surface. Also Saki and Aya is holding hands that would be cute. If they where not about to drown because they are so far away from the surface

It could be a trick, but it looks like Saki is still with us, if her eyes are anything to go by, as they don’t appear to be rolled back in her head. That said, the amount of thrust an exhausted Shrine Maiden could generate without fins after such a long dive is probably negligible, and stands a good chance of failing altogether. Aya is going to need assistance at the surface, as she’s unlikely to be able to restart her respiratory functions naturally, and I’m not sure if she’s contributing anything to the two girls’ rise at this point. I’m still holding out hope that we’ll get to see Tomokazu in and even under the water, if only to help a winded Eri.

Well if the crossover of Aya and Mi’ara is canon. Then Aya has the ability to restart her respiratory system after filling her lungs with water. Also yeah I think Tomokazu is the only one for the moment who could help Saki and Aya.
