Maybe add a "Done" list for the votes, Characters that won the vote before can be put on it and not be brought up for the vote until you decide to do a "redo" month again This way some other characters can get the spotlight witch is great for more variety and you avoid complicated situations like this🙂

i don't really like to limit something that in the end is a way to give some decision power to the people. But probably a limit to someone who won the poll in like the past 12 months should be done
