There's a gym in space too, but they don't use it to build big ass — they use it to avoid losing it...👀

ARED (Advanced Resistive Exercise Device) is a workout machine on the ISS that helps astronauts keep their muscles strong in zero gravity.

Since regular dumbbells don’t work in space (no gravity), ARED uses vacuum cylinders. These cylinders create resistance, just like lifting something heavy on Earth. Instead of weights, it uses air pressure — the higher the pressure, the "heavier" the exercise feels.

On this machine, astronauts can do familiar exercises like squats, bench presses, or leg presses. It also has a computer that shows how much effort you're putting in and helps adjust the load.

Time to hit the gym, guys!

Looks like you don’t need the ISS Gym. 😉 Wow! 🤩 Does my heart good to see such a magnificent figure of yours! 😍 Thank you for sharing! 👍🏾

I missed you, and your captions soooo bad. It's great to look at you again :) specially from back side :)) <3

This basically is like the resistance bands in my "home gym" which isn't much of a gym because of the lack of dumbbells. I have to wonder if the muscled behemoths who frequent gyms on Earth would even want to cope with space travel.

Incredible bum

Haha yes it's similar. I also have some resistance bands, but there is more complicated then dumbbells honestly. About gym rats - I will suffer😁

oh no. we must test the long term preservation of space booty, space travel progress should pause until we review the findings!

That's fascinating, but also makes total sense! I never knew that! Also, you look beautiful! I wonder how you'd look (and feel) in zero gravity
