Everyone knows that the Universe is approximately 13.8 billion years old.
The estimate of 13.8 billion years is not an exact number, but it represents the best estimate based on current data and theoretical models.
As technology advances and new data becomes available, estimates of the age of the Universe may be subject to adjustments.

That is, if we more accurately measure for example distant objects, which is one of the components of the age estimate of the Universe, the age will change.

So it's not a fact that the Universe is exactly that age.
We can say it is the age with an error:)
