Inks and colors next! Adam is getting swarmed, but somehow he keeps managing to fight back with no signs of tiredness. For that reason, Bukka and Vodka decide to intercede and help the Breeder Queen in her fight against the equine traitor and his "false queens"... but the royal broodmother won't be happy to see her shark protegee exposing herself to danger like that.

This will be the last page involving a "sexy battle". After that, there'll be a huge turning point followed by a character's decisive choice, which will seal everyone's fate and get us closer to this path's ending!

Yooooo ! The scenes in this panels are epic !! The one in the top right hand corner reminds me of battle scenes from a Napoleonic era panting :) what is your trick in fitting in so much in a panel?

Okay, so I wanted to wait to respond, maybe eventually see Adam get some just desserts, and so far, I'm not seeing it. My issue here is, you are making Adam stupid strong for no real reason. Vodka should have kicked his ass, the Queen should have kicked his ass, but no for some reason he get's to be this stupid strong guy with borderline unlimited stamina. This would work if he was just the villain from the start, and maybe had something about him that could be seen as charming (subjective point I know. It still stands though, as it comes with the territory). The problem is he really lacks that, and lacks any form of real strategy or planning, and just relies on: Hurr Durr me big and strong, and that's it. It's boring to read imo, when the villain is as shallow as Adam. You said that there are "reasons", but the major issue is, since you are building up to this big reveal that now puts a lot of extra pressure on that reveal to make up for it, and in some cases the hype itself can lead to people actually feeling it wasn't worth it. I feel like the issue with Adam being unlikable and kind of dumb (as far as his own intelligence goes) as a villain is that it makes me (and could make other readers as well) want him defeated more, but not in the fact because he's good at being the villain, but because he's so annoying that people just rather him gone at this point. Another issue with any reveal involving Adam at this point is because this is the final episode. Trying to reveal something now especially with Adam can come across as just pulling stuff out of nowhere and it not fitting with the character. Usually when characters have hidden motives, agendas, or other traits they don't want others to know, we usually get more time in prior episodes learning that, there's build up. The problem is, Adam really doesn't have that good of a build up, at least imo. Again these comments are not towards your art (I've stated again I really enjoy your artstyle, it has a nice charm to it that I really enjoy, plus I love Vodka, and started to really grow on the Breeder Queen as a character), it has more to do with the story at large. I'm really not trying to be offensive here, and I hope you don't take offense to this.

Oh, not exactly! I have spent all these months completing the first act for every path. Now we're in the second/final act and I'm about to fully finish one of those paths. 3-4 paths remain after that, but they'll be much shorter than this one :)

As I said before... wait. There's a reason behind Adam's actions. If you want a hint, read the final page of Episode III. That's all I can say without ruining the surprise.

No, the Breeder Queen will have to make a big decision but it won't split the story into an additional path/branch. I'm considering including another choice page, but it'd be in another -shorter- path.

Thank you, James! Not sure if it counts as a trick, but I always draw the most important characters (or at least the ones that should get more attention in the panel) first and then I fill the rest of the background with more characters, finishing with the ones that are more far away :D
