Build update and Outskirts plans (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

Not too much to report this week.  I'm done with all 5 Cassandra scenes.  The girl is definitely at the end of her roll.  Hehe.  I'm now knee deep into the special events for the main card game.  Work is going pretty good on it and I'll probably have more news for it next update.

As for Outskirts, I took some time to work on the public proclamations which made me rethink some mechanics for everything else.  So take all the info I give with a grain of salt.  Lol.  Nothing is solidified yet.
