Build update (Patreon)

Hey everyone! 

Hard at work on the first build of Outskirts.  Doing very unsexy things like warning messages and helpful blurbs.  Lol.  

The game is already feeling much better with these added.  More like a game and less like a confusing clickfest.

I'm going to be doing shortcuts and easier adding and subtracting of troops next and after that, a small tutorial so that you guys can get rolling.
