Genetics are so weird like i look mostly like my mom but i have my dad’s habits or way of being whatever its called Like he makes a race car like noise when he’s deep in thought you know when people pretend to drive that little “vrmmmm” sound and a few months ago i was trying to remember what to buy at the supermarket and i made the same noise i felt so mortified like “nooo im becoming my dad!”

Hey, at least his dad has a full head of hair. Also, you see that build on a lot of guys that were muscular once and then let themselves go when they have kids. A lot of those types still have an unexpected amount of strength to them. They're overweight but not obese. It's not as bad a build for that age as you might expect and there's still some degree of control you have in the direction you go with it.
