This is just a release to act as a quick fix to the issues that have cropped up when we implemented locking NPC events to one a week per chain. Speaking of, I'm excited to announce with our new programmer, Jr. X, helping out, we'll soon be implementing something people have been asking for, as you can see in the image, notifications on the map when events are available. There's a few other minor fixes and QoI bits, see the notes below for details.
