[PO's OC] Roulette receive of October! (~10.08) (Patreon)

The OC Poll ends last month, and Roulette for my OC will begin this month!

So I'm going to start with your idea Roulette this month!
The basic is almost the same as applying for character poll.

Poll must begin on the first day, so applications are accepted from now until the 1st of next month!
Deadline is October 8th 00:00 am in U.S. timeline!
