[PO's OC] Poll receive applications of September! (09.01~09.15) (Patreon)

Hello! hope you have a great day today!
I realized too late that I should have started accepting applications for OC poll yesterday... So my winning OC this month will probably be drawn the first week of next month = v=a;;
The basic is almost the same as applying for character poll.

Normally OC Poll starts on the 1st of each month, but since I started accepting applications late again, I'm going to take a little more time..
Deadline is September 15th 00:00 am in U.S. timeline!

And starting next October, it will switch to roulette!
