The OC Poll ends last month, and Roulette for my OC will begin this month!

So I'm going to start with your idea Roulette this month!
The basic is almost the same as applying for character poll.

The application period is basically the same as the Character Poll.
So Deadline is October 8th 00:00 am in U.S. timeline!
