Hellro everyone, Last roulette time of this year!

Character roulette applications are accepted from the 16th to the 23th every month!
Deadline is December 24th 00:00 am in U.S. timeline!

Only one character application is allowed one person.
If you not, I randomly picked one character who applied for two people at once!

There are no restrictions on character applications!
Anime, game, OC or etc. You can apply for all characters!

Among the applicable OCs, PlusOut's OCs are not included.
