A normal ballgag and a Harness Ballgag would be great gag variations. Would love to see her tied up very tightly from her chest to her heels, with her hands behind her back. She needs to be very vulnerable.

She could have found Chozo ruins and an A.I. that, after recognizing her, decides to reward her for her services to the galaxy. Binding her with energy rope, tape, leather, all that good stuff. Sealing her arms together, as well as her legs, and emphasizing her figure in all the right places.
