i want to present you my new character - Chelsea Brown aka Night Cat
She comes from a wealthy family in England. Like many of the women in the family before, she's been given a curse. She has the ability to turn into a werecat. Chelsea is secretive but suffers from kleptomania and lead her curse to become a thief called a Night Cat. She steals mostly from museums or rich people.
