Wooo! Been watching with you guys since Water 7! Can't believe you guys are at ep 1000! Also since you asked, modern anime usually cover around 2-3 chapters of a manga per episode, sometimes more. So if One Piece had a more modern typical pacing, ep 1000 would actually be about ep 400 🤔 or something like that.

Started this journey with you on Youtube from episode 1 and switched to patreon at Long ring long land arc(still underated arc) and now we are at episode 1000...thanks for everything guys. Lets go for another 1000 episodes

Side note, you guys might be joking but Luffy knew Sanji was fine because of his observational Haki and they also showed a moment last episode of Luffy worrying to knowing Sanji is fine by showing his expression change.

Fishman Island Arc remaster was cut down to 21 episodes. Original Fishman Island Arc has, if i am not mistaken, 51 eps, so they cut out 30 episodes...kinda. The pacing is really fast, sometimes even too fast imo

(When y’all first saw all the one piece openings at the time. Still remember watching u when the Strawhats finally reached the grandline and how u guys were hyped and hypothesized what might come in the future. Meanwhile all I could think of was, damn they have it soooo good, to still have the experiences of all these amazing fights, arc, story reveals,characters, islands, history ect. in front of them, I even envied you a little bit. And SOON u will join the rest of us OP fans waiting for the weekly Anime/Manga release and getting older and older and older and probably also hope that it will never end because it would leave a hole in your life. Thanks for taking us on this ride with you guys. (I'm not constantly subbed on patreon and appreciate the YT releases therefore big times)

a bit late to comment but i started watching you guys since you reacted to the OP opening, watched some JOJO reactions too. and i still remember in the OP OP's video when op 13 was playing and Luffy found Ace he smiled and i saw Prez smiling as well and i thought " yup, they'll be a great OP reactors" and i remember waiting months until you reacted to OP, i was ssooo happy, i joined patreon later then when you reached Arabasta for obvious reasons *coughAcecough* and yeah, what a journey it was! never once did i cancel my subscription since then 💃🏻💃🏻

It started with a crocomom theory video, which lead me to one of your impel down reaction videos in my recommends. Fast-forward, and I began rewatching one piece (which I stopped watching just before the time-skip back in the day). From Shabondy onwards on your reaction channel on YouTube. Then halfway into impel down on your Patreon along with you. Now, after a few weeks of binging I'm on Episode 1000 ! Will catch up to the most recent one, too!

[6:28] It's almost like that for me. Watched the dub on and off as a kid. But later began to watch sub in 2005. From episode 1 up to what was decently fansubbed, which was about E130. So the first OP (especially the Strawhats, full version) and first ED still got a special place in my heart. [20:16] As one should! And those quick little flashbacks do look amazing
