Don't know if you have noticed yet or not, but the ending is an homage to the first ending in one piece, Same singer, the song has the same structure and uses similar instruments and adlibs, The first one was the crew slowly appearing looking at the sunset over the sea, and this one is the crew slowly appearing looking at the sunrise over the sea, plus all the scenes from when they all joined the crew

Oda was already cooking Bonney and Kuma's relationship back in Sabaody and Marineford arcs, you can see scenes of Bonney getting emotional when the pacifistas appeared.

Back in Ep 474, during the marineford arc, the pacifistas have entered the war that is being broadcasted all over the world. There is a scene in that same episode showing the supernovas/worst generation reacting to havoc caused by the pacifistas at marineford. When it cuts to Bonney she is crying. ODA WAS COOKING
