Hey guys!

I hope you've all had a great start to the week so far!

I'm going to keep it short and sweet as we've actually got a brand new Patreon Vlog out tomorrow revealing everything from my new hobby, to explaining why I've avoided doing fan-meetups until now, to the long awaited Q&A with Ryotaro asking him your questions.

But before then, the video of the recent event in Shibuya, Tokyo, celebrating the end of the production for Journey Across Japan, starring Ryotaro, Natsuki, Sharla, Joey and myself is now up to watch!

It's fairly long - just over an hour - and there's some amusing moments throughout the audience Q&A session. Stick it on in the background while you're doing your washing up and making the world a better place, and it'll keep you thoroughly entertained!

Also during the event, I produced a special video listing my top 10 highlights from Journey Across Japan so far (about 15 mins long and edited). For those of you who've followed the series over the last few months, there's plenty of great memories and behind the scenes commentary crammed in, so be sure to check it out!

I'll be giving my verdict on how I felt the event went during tomorrow's 15min+ Patreon vlog, as well as revealing what videos lie in store this week, but if I were to give the event a rating on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd definitely give it a solid 9.

The audience were brilliant, Natsuki and Ryotaro were on great form and above all I got to talk to well over 60 people one-on-one (and end up in about 50 selfies). I won't lie, the whole event made me wonder why I'd not done this sort of thing sooner! (Something covered in tomorrow's vlog).

My only criticism was there were no sausage rolls, cheese and crisps, which are essential ingredients for any successful event. As a British person, I expect nothing less.

Other than that, it was glorious.

For now though, enjoy the rest of your day and I look forward to seeing you in tomorrow's vlog!
Chris

P.S. A MASSIVE HUGE SUPER EPIC THANKS TO WHOEVER POSTED THE ABROAD IN JAPAN VIMEO PAGE TO REDDIT. I'd genuinely forgotten it existed! I created it as a back up 5 years ago, then forgotten about it. I've swiftly downloaded the three copyrighted videos that got removed from the Abroad in Japan channel (Apartment Tour, Mount Fuji, and Driving in Japan) and I'll upload them to the Abroad Perspective second channel in the coming weeks (with the offending soundtracks somehow removed).

In the meantime, you can check them out here!

Absolute hero to whoever found the Vimeo channel, I missed those videos that were taken down by copyright! I look forward to seeing them back on YouTube where they belong. Pieces of history right there!
