So glad I decided to patreonize this channel.

Joey was way too into it at the end- loved it haha

That capsule hotel looked a lot nicer than I thought based on the preview picture! and those bath cauldrons were funny :). Did Norm and The Mastermind Behind the Trip (I can't think of his name right now even though I've thought it a few time this week!) sleep in there as well?

Been loving the journey thus far. Chris and Joey have great chemistry and it really shows in the videos. Can't wait to see the next one!

Johannes

Congrats to not only yet another great video, but also being able to keep up with your schedule Chris! Take care though.

Farah

great episode! Haven't watched the last 2 but will catch up soon!

Satomi Arihara

We've already watched more than half of this series. I don't want it to end 😣

I do hope you get to see Mt Fuji Chris! And if not... Well, best luck for the next time because I don't think you will give up in your quest to finally see that damn mountain. One question though, with this series and the original JAJ; how much time ahead do you decide where you are going to spend the night? For instance I have been told that when making a reservation for a ryokan you have to make it a few days in advance to give the staff there time to prepare everything, specially those 15 courses traditional diners. Like, the challenge this time was to find a bizarre accommodation but if it had been something different where were you going to sleep? In these adventures is it a day by day situation or not? Did you had to cancel your hotel/ryokan? How is that seen when the reservation is done in a more traditional place? Thank you.

I can already tell that this is going to be an adventure i will need some good food for. Lol 🍜🌊💜

Thanks for the update, Chris! I hope you're able to get plenty of rest!! That was a pretty neat capsule hotel. Best part was having it all to yourselves so no disturbances! Also, I really need to try a Hammock one day...

Eels

Chris, why did you censor that one particular ”fuck” at the beginning, that poor fuck, lol.

abroadinjapan

If you swear in the opening 2 minutes of your video there's a high risk of demonetisation unfortunately! Youtube doesn't like swear words appearing in a video right after the ads!

Eels

Haha, good thing they don’t pay closer attention than that.

Ryori

Amazing, Chris, I can not keep up with the posts, your videos are coming fast and furious. Another professionally crafted video, before I can post my impression. The capsule hotel in a shipping container fantastic idea for festivals and sporting events. Loved the discovery of the pyramid of Japan, 見ていきたい。楽しみにしています。頑張ってね。。。

I enjoyed this episode, but, like previous episodes in this series, i.e. the abandoned love hotel, sensed the challenge and destination were well planned. If I’m right, all I’d say is you don’t need the pretence that they aren’t, just ditch the challenges and the faux spontaneity and take us on the journey, we’ll enjoy it all the same, or more in fact. Episode delivery schedule is on point though!
