MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE from the Abroad in Japan Team (Patreon)
Content
In between stuffing myself with a pile of cheese and a gallon of cider, I just wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, wherever you may be today out there in the big wide world.
I'll shortly be sitting down to watch Die Hard, after enjoying Bill Murray's Scrooged and Black Mirror's bleak White Christmas episode.
I realise for many of you it may not be the best Christmas given everything going on. Admittedly, it was rather surreal spending an hour on a video conference with three different groups of my family when we're all usually in the same room (though surprisingly it somehow worked rather well - particularly as I didn't have to get out of my chair).
But I hope you're still able to enjoy yourselves and I'm sure next year will certainly make up for this one. Perhaps we'll even appreciate being together with friends and family next year all the more for it as well.
We do have one last special edition video out on Abroad in Japan before the year is over, so don't worry, I'm not putting my feet up entirely just yet!
There's that to look forward to and in case you missed the recent Patreon episode where I tore open spectacular presents sent in by amazing folks from the Abroad in Japan Patreon community you can witness it here: https://youtu.be/TctR0foJwmM
- Likewise, if you missed the hilarious Christmas Live show with Natsuki and Joey, you can check that out here: https://youtu.be/MrKIhCMlGQY
For now though, put your feet up, enjoy the mulled wine and turkey, and I'll see you in the next few days!
On behalf of myself, Natsuki, Ryotaro and Pete, have a great day everyone,
Chris
