The antique store was in the second movie, and Stephen King played the current owner Also, Dick Halloran? The Shining?!

Hmm since you guys asked to leave Easter eggs in the comments I want to leave some but idk if it ruins the tension to know the family lineage connections because then you know which kids survive. A good one to mention is the police Chief, his last name is Bowers. He's presumably grandfather to the main psycho bully from the IT movies. He went by Bowers as well and his dad was a policeman too. I think the one big one that I think is just too juicy not to mention is Hallorann. Dick Hallorann is Danny's mentor in The Shining (and Doctor Sleep). He teaches Danny about the Shining, as he has it himself. Not as strong as Danny's, but stronger than the average person. As it's explained in the book, most peolle have the Shining to an extent, very specific to a certain skill or just an aptitude or sense in one area. Hallorann was the strongest he'd known aside from his grandmother if I remember correctly, up until Danny. So he is straight up psychic. But I'm going on this tangent because Doctor Sleep kind of makes a storyline about kids with the Shining, and how monsters and ghosts love to feed on them. That energy. So I'm very curious as to what IT will think of Hallorann. And if they'll play with that. I love the Stephen King crossover stuff that's happening here, his books usually mention locations from other books so it's nice to see it here in a bigger way.
