normally there's a nomination period where anybody can offer idea's, the only limit's being 1-1 m-f and if doc did a franchise recently it will be off the table for a while. (expect DC to be off limit's for 1-3 months after this comic is done) if you like an Idea somebody posted you can second it, (only second one thing) and doc make's a list of the most popular suggestions for a final vote.
