Actually she's one of Squirrel Girl's arch-enemies (introduced in the disguise of Girl Squirrel) that later became one of her close friends when they joined forces to rid Canada (and the rest of the Americas) of Frost Giants. SG collects villains-turned-friends. You could build a superteam out of all the villains and former-villains that would volunteer to help her move apartments.

She was 20 at issue 1, 33 at 300. (Time flowed weird in the high-vibration territory around the battle platform during the timewar, so Penny wound up 45 by the end of 300 and Britanny was 34 by 300 because she skipped 10 years of the war)
