Too many people were pointing out that you could vote for more than one topic on the last poll. Since there's no way to verify that you did indeed vote only once, he restarted the poll with those restrictions already set in place.

Like that it dosnt show you how many votes a topic already has. That way you vote for what you find interesting and not whats popular.

why does it seem like votes can be changed or is that just how it looks to us? I clicked a different nomination as I was scrolling and it changed my vote, I quickly changed it back but is changing votes now allowed?
