We had Kim and his mom a few weeks ago so here's Kylee and HIS mom. Here's more about her:

Olivia Price: Followed the bad crowd growing up, got into sex and drugs throughout teen years, got pregnant at 18 and had Kylee (luckily he was born before the meth so he didn't have any development complications). She had dated Kylee's dad on and off but he took off for good once Kylee was born. She does/did the bare minimum as a mother and her and Kylee never had a good relationship. He considers Scotty's family his second parents.
