I think it's not a secret, that I'm a big fan of Mistress T. The original design of the Manager was a simple Photoshop job of her, and even version 2.0 was a pixelated version of the same Picture :D (which had a huge mistake, which no one noticed thankfully ~ the pixel art version, not the picture). Anyway, this is version 3.0 based upon the picture done by Cam. It will replace the current one when version 0.3.x hits the shelf. She even got her jade green eyes back, which were absent during 0.2.x.

For the most parts yes. Shirt needs some serious rework, but you can hardly see it during scenes (only during the pan shot in her first scene), so that's low priority. I was thinking about animating it a little bit, something like an blink to give it more life.
